Store Assistant Required for Busy Fancy Dress Sales / Hire Showroom and E-Commerce Site. Ideal for School Leaver.

The Company  
We are the Jesters Fancy Dress we launched in late 2008 online offering a party community which was much required online, not just a party store but offering advice and help to creating a party to remember. We have been running entertainments companys for over 15 years offering A1 services to top corporate companys and clients worldwide. We have also run a party business as a family for 6 years. Jesters Fancy Dress the company was EST. early 1990 but was taken over late 2002 by ourselves and has since grown into a full internet community of advice and help.    
 
The Role 
Within the Job of Sales Assistant you will be required to do many jobs which involves the following; Serving customers in a polite, friendly helpful manner making sure the customer finds what they are looking for, Operating an electronic cash register and Microsoft Office this is essential for customer orders and sales, Changing till roll and Printer Paper always essential to have some knowledge on technology but training will be given, Implementing Shop policies and procedures, Clearing any rubbish as and when needed; including leaflets, Empty rubbish on a regular basis, Hoover & keep showroom clean and tidy, Check stock delivery details, ensuring correct stock has been delivered, price up and put stock on shelves in stock room, Pack cusomter orders, Use Website Stock System to Check Orders.
 
The Requirements  

Excellent communication skills essential 
Numerate and literate
Able to work on own initiative
Computer skills essential
Responsible individual with commitment to their work
Knowledge of or commitment Party Business
Team worker
Friendly, reliable, trustworthy and honest.

Forum Moderators required with experience in moderating chat rooms, discussion groups and forums, both as a moderator and a user.

We are the Jesters Fancy Dress we launched in late 2008 online offering a party community which was much required online, not just a party store but offering advice and help to creating a party to remember. We have been running entertainments companys for over 15 years offering A1 services to top corporate companys and clients worldwide. We have also run a party business as a family for 6 years. The Role
We are looking for volunteers in moderating  
The moderator's role is to supervise the activity in the forum preventing people from abusing the system by filtering any unsuitable content, remove unnecessary discussions, answer questions and generally manage the forum by keeping in line with Jesters Fancy Dress tone and vision. This is not a full-time or paid position, but we will be rewarded with incentives we are inviting people to get involved and be part of Jesters Fancy Dress and to discuss their favorite category topics. We are looking for people that are interested in the Jesters Fancy Dress categories. The ideal candidate will have a sensible approach to moderating, excellent communication skills, and someone who is technically minded to help out. This role would be working from home.  
 
The Requirements  
Experience gained in a moderating role within a mainstream online publishing website.
Considerable experience in moderating as both user and moderator.
Some experience with administrations systems for forums such as phpBB and vBulletin.
An interest in consumer shopping.
